Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Click "Manage my subscription" on this page: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, at no cost, and you stay Premium until then.
What happens to my voice messages if I stop Premium?
Voice messages already posted keep their 3-year retention and your groups stay permanent. Only new voice messages follow the free account limits again.
Do my guests need to pay or create an account?
No. You, the group creator, being Premium is enough: your guests scan the QR code or open the link, and their voice messages are kept for 3 years.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe: VOXO never sees or stores your card details. Your invoices are available in the subscription portal.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, from "Manage my subscription". Stripe prorates the difference.
