VOXO is a platform for publishing and listening to voice messages. Accessing and using the service implies full acceptance of these terms.

These terms apply to all users, guest or registered. You agree to comply with the law, third-party rights, and platform conduct rules.

How the service works

Each voice message is linked to a group. Depending on account status, technical limits apply, notably for recording length, retention duration, and posting frequency.

Technical settings may evolve to ensure service stability, user safety, and abuse prevention.

Author responsibility

Each author remains solely responsible for content they publish, share, or relay. Any unlawful, defamatory, insulting, hateful, violent, misleading content, or privacy violation is strictly forbidden.

Content infringing copyright, related rights, trademarks, identity theft attempts, or attempts to bypass security measures is also prohibited.

Content may be reported, analyzed, and moderated. In case of rule violations, VOXO may restrict access, suspend features, or remove content, without prior notice when required.

When legally required, necessary information may be provided to competent authorities. A copy may be kept as evidence, including after apparent message deletion.

Retention and traceability

Retention periods shown below apply to normal operation. Specific periods may apply to meet legal, security, and abuse-handling obligations.

Premium subscription

Premium is a monthly (€1.99) or yearly (€15) subscription, VAT included, renewed automatically until cancelled. Payment is handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Premium page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Refund on simple request to team@voxo.li within 14 days of subscribing. Premium benefits and free account limits are detailed on the Premium page and in the table below.
